How To Submit a Support Ticket in GOTSPORT
- Use the Support Ticket feature from in your GOTSPORT account to contact the league.
- Game change requests MUST be submitted in a support ticket.
- Use game number from the GotSport schedule.
- Submit a new support ticket for each game change request.

Club Passing

- Player Exception Application and instructions to club pass player to a different format (updated 6/24/2024)
- This form is to be filled out by a Club DOC seeking to move a player up 2 years across a game format change. (I.E. U11 playing up to U13, U10 playing up to U12, etc.) The maximum number of players permitted to play up on any one team remains set at four (4).
- Younger players MUST first be registered to a team that is their true age, then submit the Player Exception Application.
- Indiana Soccer will review applications and club pass younger players up as appropriate/allowable.
